Association Picture Day is Sunday, September 25, 2011, beginning at 8am. Details and exact times will be handed out by your Team Mom/Head Coach closer to the date.

REQUIRED PAPERWORK DUE BY WEDNESDAY!

All paperwork is due this week. Teams will be rostered THURSDAY, AUG. 11th!! Your child cannot be rostered AND cannot participate in Saturday’s games if he/she is red-lined because of missing/incomplete documents:

3 copies of Birth Certificate
Proof of Address
2 copies of FINAL Report Card
3 copies of physical (this includes all signatures, medical information)
Completely filled out contract (this includes all initials/signatures, etc.)
3 small photos (we did take some photos, but not all, so please if you are asked to bring these, please do so).

Please check with your Head Coach as he/she will be notified by the Eligibility Director as to what is missing, if anything.

All registrations will be held at Skyline Recreation Center, 8285 Skyline Drive, SD, CA, 92114

Fees:
Flag Football: $185
Tackle Football: $285

Flag Cheer: $155
MM-Mid Cheer: $175

We will be offering online registration and payments. Details on this to follow once we have it up and ready.

“Congratulations to Skyline Parent/Coach Darron Singleton for having the winning ticket for the Super Bowl package for two!!” His ticket was drawn on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at the Mission Valley Sheraton Hotel. The ticket was drawn by actor Louis Gossett, Jr. and Wes Chandler.”

“Thank you to all of our Skyline parents/coaches/friends who participated in this raffle. As soon as we know exactly how much money was raised after expenses for plane and hotel to the Super Bowl and other costs, we will let everyone know.
